Blacklight Solutions was formed in 2022. Founded by Simon Pitt, a qualified engineer with over 20 years in technical recruitment, who has worked with many of the biggest engineering and construction businesses in Europe for some of the UK‘s largest and most respected engineering and construction recruitment businesses.

Blacklight Solutions recognises the value large scale recruitment businesses offer in a competitive employment market, but believes that, as the world of work evolves, there is a place for more agile recruitment businesses who can adjust and react to more niche roles, specific projects and different budgets.

For this reason Blacklight Solutions was formed, finding hidden talent.
